Great care was taken to be sure I understood the process. Professional, friendly dentists and staff.
No surprise there, yet another great experience at the Dentist's office. Menaker Rodney are by far the best dentist office I ever went to.
Not a lot of people can say they LOVE getting their teeth cleaned, but I really DO! The Menaker Rodney Heeseman office is modern, friendly and very professional. The equipment is state-of-the-art and personnel are not only fun, but very well trained and efficient at their jobs! I'm in and out of my appointments in a very timely manner and always leave there with a bright healthy smile! :)
First visit - general impression very professional, friendly & helpful staff. Nice clean facility. Dental assistant, Amanda, was thorough in reviewing new patient form & listened to my conerns; especially my dry mouth condition which she immediately offered helpful suggestions & gave me sample products & registered me for a product which I will receive shortly. I love this practice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I made my appointment only yesterday for a minor situation of getting my dental partials tightened. I was seen today. The process was quick and painless. I am very grateful to belong to this practice as a client.
I called last night after hours, leaving a message that a crown of mine was loose. I got a call from the office early this morning saying that I could come in at 7:40 am. My crown was recemented and I was out of there at 8:30 am! I love Dr. Rodney and the staff! They repaired me so I can proceed with my busy life without missing a beat!
I had an implant installed today. Scott and Kacie were extremely professional and the installation went well. I am very pleased with the result. Scott does outstanding work.
Highly recommend this dental practice -- friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough professionals, well-run practice. Truly top notch!!
Great experience! A crown came out😥 Dr Menaker gave me alternatives for solution. I thank him for taking the approach of least resistance. He glued the tooth back with the notion that it could be short lived or could hold for an undetermined amount of time. I appreciate his approach.
