Michael is incredibly thorough, kind, and truly takes the time to listen to what’s going on. He worked with me to come up with a treatment plan for my psoriasis, and when my insurance company continued to deny a medication that I should have been on long ago, he stepped in and has been handling the insurance process like a pro.
