I was sexually assulted and harassed while there. I asked many employees for a grienvance form. NO ONE would give me form. Still won't. I'll try again last time tomorrow without council. At this point I may just be better off hiring an attorney. No one deserves to live through what I survived while being held there against my free will. dr Mattews Ferrari has help me so much staff is great i feel safe and they care I have seen her since her first day
I'm not happy with the communications I have had with the staff. I have to talk to the same aggressively rude man every time I call just to get no where with information.
I was called the day before as a reminder of my son's appointment (3:20pm). When we got there they said his appointment was at 3pm and I told her I was called the day before that it was at 3:20pm and I understood it was 10 minutes late. But I did not know it was at 3pm. The front desk register manager told me that she can put him on the medical need waiting list and to have a sit. 30 minutes later Cherie told us, I am sorry but they can not see him today because of the time.
