place is mad chill got cheap graff supplies and hooked up deals on shirts...
From the moment I walked in my needs were met. I was approached by Carlos and I could tell right away that this was the shop for me. There wasn't that initial "stand-offish" moment I had been accustom to in so many other shops. The staff at Charlies was genuinely concerned about meeting my needs. I went in to get a tatt and I have been coming back ever since. If you are looking for a great shop with an excellent artist. .. This is it :)
got my first tattoo here and came back for the second. they focus in the satisfaction of the customers. they are cheerful people. the tattooist has good humor and is professional. ...coming back for a third one soon
