Sent wife’s food back for being cold my steak was way over cooked sons hamburger literally had a pool of grease on the plate, had a karaoke singer walking around annoying while you ate, had another Branson performer coming buy tables pimping his show while you ate, service was pretty much non existent
most of the food came out cold or just barely warm management would not take care of the problem and the fish tasted like cardboard it was supposed to be all you can eat fish and ribs they did not bring out placement for the Bad fish and they only brought one single rib out when I ask for more the garlic mashed potatoes were all so cold and came out with some kind of nasty brown gravy on them not sure why I asked for more potatoes that or hot and no gravy on them never did get those definitely would not recommend this place ... read more

Donnie Hovis Jr. Management checked on your table and you told them everything was fine, you also had a rib refill - refills are unlimited. You went to check out and spoke to the same guy that checked on your table and wanted him to compensate your meal. Whether you get ribs & fish, just ribs or just fish is all the same price. I would assume if your meal was that horrible, you would not ask for refills or perhaps not eat the ribs at all. Food was decent. Menu says kids meals include a drink- they are not included. The small kids drinks are the same price as adult drinks. They will not fix the check and tell you should have ordered something else.

Hi Scott! As far as the drinks go, for children 12 and under, a soft drink is included, but any milk, bottled root beer and juices are all $1.99 each - these are listed on the actual kids menus we hand out. The other exception is if an adult orders off the kids menu, they are charged for their soda. Sorry for any confusion!

Great French dip sandwich. Blooming onion and salad. Vanessa had lunch sirloin she said was fantastic, along with her potato and salad.
