Placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to the funeral home down the street. They never delivered nor called me with any issues. Tried to call and email numerous times and was finally able to reach them just to find out that they tried calling me only 1 time to ask about my credit card info. I’ve never received a call, a voicemail nor a reply via email. The invoice clearly has my correct phone number and email. There’s no excuses what so ever. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Absolutely horrible!! I purchased a floral arrangement for a funeral of my friend’s 24 year old son. I coach soccer so I wasn’t able to make the wake on Sunday. I was out of town. I purchased the floral arrangement well in advance. It was so important to me to show my support to a long time friend who is obviously devastated by the loss of his son to diabetes.
