Drove 150 miles just for a sandwich & 2 to bring home.
The hamburger was excellent. The fries were okay if they were cooked a little longer it would have been even better but I understand it takes more time and the place was really busy. The server was very pleasant. I definitely would go again.
Roast beef samwich to go. Tough and fatty beef. Throwing unchewable beef out car window.
Loved the atmosphere, my wife and I split the Beef on Weck and the Italian Beef. Both were amazing. You have to try the country fries with gravy too!
We were in town for the Ball State vs Buffalo football game. We celebrated our win by going to Charlie the Butcher's because it was highly recommended by a friend. The Beef on Weck was AMAZING!!!!
I live in Michigan and this is where I go to get my beef on weck. I think that pretty much says it all.

I looked in Google for the best beef on weck and so glad I found this place! The sandwhich was awesome but the prime rib stew was delvious! Huge chunks of prime rib with potatoes and carrots more meat than veggies, can't say enough!! I noticed comments on the staff, they were all great and friendly and the "butcher" even posed for a pic for me! Right after we got our food they were lined up out the door! I'd say that's a sign of a great place to eat!!
Went in there for the first time last night and the service was fast and friendly. Really cute little restaurant right by my new house. A friend recommended it and I'm glad I tried it. The roast beef is the best I have ever had!! Fantastic!! ������
