We quit going after our 3rd experience which was the second time finding hair in our food (I get it. I've worked the restaurant industry and I realize it happens...but 2/3 times? C'mon!) But what really makes me never return is the shaming of the breastfeeding mother. Trust me, no mom wants to nurse while she too is eating, but a fed baby is a quiet and happy one!! I encourage the owner to put a blanket over his head while he eats next time. Hasn't anyone learned it's rude to watch others eat?
I appreciate Charlie Parker's attempt to provide comfortable dining for all customers. If a customer complains and the owner does not attempt to solve the situation then that owner is not worthy! Charlie Parker's attempted to provide equal service and comfort to all of their customers and we should be thankful for that!
The owner asked a mother who was breast feeding to “cover up” told her she was distracting to other tables and it wasn’t in good taste. Bad move, You deserve to be shut down.
Love the food.... But in this day and age, a mother discreet feeding her child should not be told to "cover up" What is a table complained that they didn't want to eat near African Americans? Would you ask them to cover up?
We came in today and the food was awesome the service was great we drove 2 hours to get there it was well worth it was great anniversary trip and definitely we will be back!
