Had 7pm reservations and was taken to our table after a few minutes. Service seemed a lil slow at first so by the time our waitress took our order we knew the different cuts of meat offered because the waiter attending to table next to us could be heard clearly over everyone else. This was our 3rd time at Charley's so no explanation was necessary. Steaks were good if cooked more that I like it. Escargot excellent.

It's a nice place, with attentive staff, but the food just wasn't all that good.

This place is excellent! Definitely up there with Berns and Eddie V's in terms of the quality of the food and the service. We will be back!
The finest steak and the finest service. I love the bison ribeye bone in. Bacon wrapped scallops.
