We have been to Charley's several times over the last year. All have been memorable and problem free. On our last visit, the wife and I both ordered a small filet. Mine rare, hers medium. The standard salad would suffice and a loaded baked potato to split. The potato would have fed four people. For desert, we shared the salted caramel cheese cake. All items were delicious. We will be back.
Great steaks and ambiance. The staff was great and the steaks even better. It's a long time since I had a steak that good Best sure to order the baked potato but be warned-it will feed three.
Review is on the experience not the food... Steaks are great but they forgot our sides .. we waited over 20 minutes for under seasoned sides, and by the time we got them, we finished our steaks. The manager came around to the table next to us to ask how things were but avoided my table. Ordered dessert and watched 3 tables around us finish their entrees, get their desserts while we still waited for our dessert order. Excellent steaks, scallops, shrimp, lobster, escargot, salad and cheesy bread!! The steak was probably the best that I have had in a long time. Excellent service from Vinny!! He presented the steaks and everything else on the menu. I am sure that the deserts were wonderful but we couldn't even finish our meals!!
