We went to Charley’s for our anniversary last night. It was a little disappointing. We had good service and the atmosphere was very nice. However when our meals arrived my Madagascar shrimp was so tough I had to use my steak knife to get it out of the shell and my medium steak was well done. So the server agreed it was over cooked and sent it back and I waited almost 20 minutes for my meal to be returned and my husband was done eating by the time my food arrived. Charley’s absolutely ruined me last night. No other steak will come close to the quality and fine dining expierence I had.
Phenomenal, as always!!!
Tonight they were not up to their usual standards. Medium steaks were still cold purple centers. Reheat ended up charcoaled on the outside

Charley’s was an OUTSTANDING experience. The outside is well laid-out & welcoming but once you’re inside, everything is truly amazing. The service was exceptional (thanks, Amber!!), the smell in the air was amazing, and the ambience is spot-on. It’s a unique building and layout and perfect for a date night or classy dinner with friends. The steak, sides, & dessert were phenomenal - portobello fondue before a ribeye is a must!!!
Spectacular. Food, service, atmosphere, all perfect.
