The best steak I have ever eaten! The entire experience was exceptional! The ambiance and service was superb! We celebrated my 60th birthday here. All the special touches from the fresh flowers on the table to the handwritten birthday card added to the overall experience!
I have been to Charley’s several times. Each time I’ve had a great time. The food has always been amazing and the service top notch! The most recent visit was for my birthday. I had the wagyu 7x ribeye with truffle butter. This was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! The chef cooked it to perfection for my liking. We shared the portobello mushroom fondu. This too was very very good. I’d highly suggest this steak house to anyone looking for a great meal.

The place was great! The steak was good (even though I hate grilled food) the ala carte was ridiculously over priced and not very good � however the dessert was great the creme brulee was prepared at the table that was kinda cool, and our waiter was awesome, I'm mad at myself for forgetting his name. Oh yeah the salad that comes with your entree was sooo good. From 0 to 10 I give it a 7 1/2

Charlie’s failed to cook a steak medium three times very disappointed. Had dinner here many times. Manager was doing his best to rectify the bad cooking but seem to give up after the third time it came out and was raw. Service was good for other guest but waiter seemed unfazed by my lack of a meal. Never ate dinner they gave me a piece of cake and removed steal from bill. Pretty bad for a steak house can’t cook a medium steak.
