Service was quite slow. Easily 10 minutes before our table was greated and a drink order was taken. Had to ask a waiter passing by for more drinks because we hadn’t seen our server in a while. 22oz filet ordered MR came out MW. They corrected the issue quickly and offered a free app while we waited. KC strip was grisly. IMOP, several better options in the area. Wednesday night and not busy
The only thing I will say is they did not explain how the specials worked or were priced. Other than being charged for items we had no clue we were getting and did not eat it was fantastic! The Wagyu is still one of the best on the east coast

Service and Quality of food Outstanding! Will definitely come back and refer anyone looking for exceptional food. My son had the Kansas City Steak and I had the 8oz. Filet with Prawn and Truffle Butter Delish!!! Bread is addictive so leave room for your meal! 🏼

I don't think it matters which steak you get... it will be awesome. This was my first time to Charley's for my birthday. The ribeye with truffle butter... words cannot describe the taste. This was the best steak I’ve ever had! I also tried the lobster mac n cheese, broccoli & garlic, bacon & cheese mashed and for dessert the choclate cake. I will be back. Awesome service. Awesome good.

We walked in way under dressed, but we were on vacation and thought what the heck! We did get the “look” and they offered us a menu , I think so we could see the prices. Lol They did seat us, and had the items on the menu “ described “ to us lol But the food was very good! And once the waiter realized we could afford to eat there , he loosened up and it was an enjoyable experience. One thing I would like them to change is the attitude of the people at the front.
