Me and my friend were in town on a shopping trip. We were encouraged to come to Charleys by a young man working at the outlets. It was to be a late birthday steak. We both were very impressed with the staff and their knowledge of the steaks and the process preparing and cooking them. We ordered a 59.00 steak with two grilled shrimp and some type of “fancy” sauce�. Needless to say it was all so GREAT. We are ready to return. I would recommend this restaurant. Best steak I've had in a decade! My wife & I was very pleased with our food and hospitality from beginning to end.
Would like to start off by saying that Jane our waitress was amazing!! This was our 4th visit since moving to Florida. It's a must for our friends from out of town that introduced us to Charley's! Our party is usually 4-8 people. Last night we had 9, service and ambiance was on point as usual! Great food and awesome service. The lobster bisque was to die for and the oak wood that they cook the steaks with is phenomenal. Best Filet Mignon in town hands down!!
Service was impeccable and food was amazing as always. Having a party of 9 was no problem for Derric our waiter. You’re completely crazy if you don’t like Charley’s Steak House ��
