The service was terrible. Longhorns steaks are much better. The hostess was looked put out when we had to move a chair.
atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, servers will answer ALL your questions with integrity. if there is an issue the manager immediately walks over and hands you their card along with the correction of what was ever wrong with your meal. brook was amazing and gave us her undivided attention!!!
Celebratory birthday meal at Charley’s was fantastic, very welcoming staff, friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Chelsea our waitress for the evening, she is a real credit to the company.
While this was the worst service I’ve ever had at Charley’s it’s still my hands down go to Steakhouse. Even when I’m a small potato no steak guy like tonight. Escargot and house salad tonight.

Great food! Felt like I was in my own dining room. Chelsea was our amazing waitress.
They have earned the right to be called a Steak house. Taste amazing
