I am from Philadelphia, and to say I was “skeptical” (of the cheesesteak) would’ve been the understatement of the decade! BUT!!! The steak was phenomenal, and the wings? Cooked to perfection! The counter man, Juan was friendly, and hustled to get the food right out. Food that was Hot and Delicious!!! I solidly recommend!!!

Expensive, not enough food vs price. I ordered mushrooms only, there were no mushrooms on my sandwich and he argued that he saw the cook. I opened the sandwich and said do you see mushrooms he just kept replying je saw the cook do it. So not a big portion not what I paid for and argumentitive attitude.

NEVER AGAIN... Three Things. 1. The front cashier didn't give my gf her ranch and argued with her that she probably took it and just wanted another one... seriously? 2. Food was old and my sandwich was supposed to be a Pepper and Steak and they forgot the peppers... how? 3. Ate half the sandwich and felt awful, my body telling me not to eat the rest... so I waited and sure enough about one hour later I was throwing up. used to eat here alot ... NEVER AGAIN.

I didn’t get the large fries with bacon and cheese. I called and customer service told me somebody would get back to me. I explained that that I live two hours away and she said someone will text me either. She would or the manager and I never heard from either. The least someone could’ve done was returned my call. That is one Charlie’s I will never go back to if I go back to any
