I didn’t get the large fries with bacon and cheese. I called and customer service told me somebody would get back to me. I explained that that I live two hours away and she said someone will text me either. She would or the manager and I never heard from either. The least someone could’ve done was returned my call. That is one Charlie’s I will never go back to if I go back to any

Food came out quick the guy running register was super nice and the cheese stake was awsome 😋 👌 10 out of 10 would go back as for prices its way cheaper than getting a burger and frys at McDonald's for 10+ dollars and its more filling with better quality ingredients

Went to place an order on the app on 4th of July, it said it was open, my fiance went to go pick up our order and they were closed, went in the next day to speak with the manager he picked up our receipt with an attitude, told us he couldn’t give us a refund and we would have to call the number that never answers, we finally got ahold of the number and told us we would get the refund in 1-2 business days and never received it, we keep getting told that the refund is being worked on or it’s in the process and still nothing, i... read more

Horrible place to go to they dont treat customers with respect, theyll make wait for a long perioid of time to just order food even when the place isnt busy the wait time is insane, i highly don’t recommend eating here unless you want horrible customer service from the rude hispanic short guy that works in the register most of the time and the rest of them were kind for the most part P.S dont trust the card reader its a scam first day they opened some of peoples money was from the there bank accounts
