I’d give the customer service Zero Star if I can. The guy in the cashier was very slow. He made me wait for over 10 minutes while he was trying to fix a frosty machine. If he had to take that long, he should have called help but he didn’t. I was in a hurry but I waited patiently. Another guy from the kitchen came to help me when he saw the line was huge and I was waiting for too long. (Plus) they don’t have any combo deal for $7.99 other than the original chicken. So I just left.
They are nice to me and my consumers
When I went to this place the employees were very nice at this Montclair Mall and the cashier was so friendly and I think food was good.
We had the PLEASURE to meet Miguel the cook. Not only does this employee take pride in his job. But, he went far and beyond his duty to make sure we were Happy, pleased with our chicken sandwiches my son and I . If only this would have more people like him. To the owner I hope you recognize such a great cook .
