I gave it a one star because of Sandra not understanding English as I had to tell her no mayo like 5 or 6 times & she still put it on as she does a very poor job. On the other hand I gave 5 stars for the food because the guy who makes the steaks does a awesome job as he deserves 5 stars. You need to get rid of Sandra she is not worth the room she takes up.
