Pork chops and great service that's all you need to know
After a terrible experience at the Mesa location for Valentine’s Day, my girlfriend and I gave Charleston’s another chance using a gift card at the Scottsdale location. What a difference! The staff was helpful, courteous and attentive but not overly so, we did not feel rushed, the food was amazing. I just want to let the staff of the Scottsdale location know that they changed our perspective of Charleston restaurants and in the future we would definitely return to the Scottsdale location.

Today we brought our family to Charleston’s for my husband’s birthday. His daughter made a cake and brought it to the restaurant. Although we weren’t sure that would be allowed, not only did they let us bring it in, but they refrigerated it until we had finished dinner!!! Our server Hailey was attentive and considerate. We have dinner there every year for our anniversary. And we are never disappointed. The staff staff is always courteous and accommodating. The is food excellent.
I was disappointed with the size portions for the price. I have much better food at Texas Roadhouse right next door. I made reservations and still waited 30 minutes. The servers came to the table so often, my date and I felt very rushed. I’m not impressed at all.
