Bad service. They did not bring shots or beers for over an hour. We just left.
I was VERY disappointed with the main course. 14oz Prime Rib was tough and loaded baked potato was cold after they pit all the toppings on it. I won't go again or recommend this to anyone. The very best thing about our experience was the Entire wait staff was so friendly and was great to see them all pitch in to make sure we were satisfied.

Yummy..was visiting from out of town...went with family that lives in Mesa. It was great. Would definitely recommend it.

I've always enjoyed eating at Charleston's in the past, but last Sunday, May 4, 2014, I got food poisoning and was sick for two days!! It was horrible! I ordered the pot roast special. Never again!!! I know it was this meal that made me sick, because other than a bowl of cereal in the morning, this was my only other meal of the day; and the fact that I gave my father the last couple of bites of my dinner and he also got sick on Monday. Fortunately, his bout was very brief. My mother did not get sick from her meal.
