Horrible!!! Horrible!! Child had a 10:30 am appointment Ang at 1:02 still waiting to be seen!! Disgusting the excuse , we have so many children and only 3 dentist!!! Maybe they should think before they set or should I say overbook surgery appointments. People's children and time are very precious. Needless to say staff very uncaring an inconsiderate to children and parents who have to tell their anxiety ridden children to be patient while they wait for hours on end to be taken back. We did not have a pleasant experience there. After a few visits we just stopped coming and switch to another pediatric dentistry

Worst experience ever for a child with anxiety. My child needed 4 baby teeth out and Dr. Sherry reassured us Versed was the best for him. It was the worst! My child screamed like he was being tortured during the entire procedure. Afterward the nurse told me Versed makes anxiety worse! Why she suggested that is beyond me!! The only blessing is he doesn't remember how terrible it all was. I wish I could forget!! I will never take my child back here!!!
