Not Military Friendly. Very disappointed in the hour long wait times for my wife's appointments. They have 4 locations and we can only get in at the West Ashley location. Slightly past 15 min and they cancel a very important appointment for our last visit there. Why only have 1 location for important ultrasounds. We had picked this place for the Goose Creek location but have never been able to be seen there.
RecommendedDr. Ottinger was my doctor 25 years ago who deliver my daughter 24 years old and my son 19 years old. My daughter wanted Dr. Ottinger to deliver my first grandchild and that beautiful lifetime moment happened on January 12, 2019 at 3:45am (6lbs 9ozs 19ins). My family and I highly recommends Dr. Ottinger for the birth of your child or children!!! On behalf of a very proud parent and now grandparent!!!
After having some health issues and being told to see my OB I made my apt and went in. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early but I’m early for everything so I arrived at 2:36 for a 2:45 check in time. My 3:00 apt came and went and still I sat in the waiting room. At 4:51 I was finally seen for literally 3 minutes, not even joking. This was my dr of 7 years, I didn’t get so much as an apology for my wait. Love Dr. Ottinger and his nurse Carla. They are so nice and care about my well being.
I have 2 beautiful twin boys because of this amazing office! They saved them and me! Dr. Ottinger and Dr. Dillon are wonderful doctors. They actually listen to you and give you the best care. Even when I didn’t have insurance they did all they could and worked with me to make sure I made it to all my appointments until my insurance started. I’ll never go anywhere else! ❤️
I have been seeing doctor Sapp for a few years already. Now that I am pregnant, I have nothing but great care from her and her nurse Tizzie. Always on point to check on me when I need a sick visit or have a concern. At this practice I get in and out quick, but never feel rushed. Dr.Sapp takes her time to answer all my questions.
I am from North Carolina but I chose to have my baby is South Carolina because of the comfort that Dr. Hamilton and her staff provided. My pregnancy was stress free and I felt like I was in good hands!
I have had nothing but a wonderful experience everytime I am there. I see Dr. Hamilton and her nurse Teri and they are amazing!!!! I was going through a lot when I first started coming here and she would sit and listen to me and give me advice. Never felt like just another patient or rushed. They are always willing to answer any if my questions even if its 100 without making you feel like an inconvenience.
Dr. Jen Fisher is one of my all time favorite doctors to interact with in my short 30 years on this planet. She is caring, listens, and really connects with me and I just feel at ease all the time because she knows what she's doing and what she is talking about and she always always always makes me feel 100% better (ex. When I was nervous about delivering baby#2 or by connecting and reassuring me with other stories to bring me peace). DR.
