Warning! Unfortunately this low income complex has now went so down hill to live here or eveven visit .. Its sad the new property manager Montana is horrible, she is unprofessional and has no clue how to run this low income property.. When she is having a bad day she runs around putting false violations on peoples doors..She picks on Families just trying to live and she lets the people that are doing illegal things run the place ..she allows tenants to have animals that are aggressive and try to attack elderly and children..... read more

The current property manager refused to rent to me after she commented on my child being African American. She asked if her father was black and stated "she has too many issues from Blacks." She claimed she lost my paperwork and then that the unit was rented. I reported the whole situation and filed a complaint.

Warning!! Do not rent from this property! Some of their units have been condemned permanently from the health department and building inspector. Property manager Montana is extremely lazy, does not return phone calls and has allowed bed bug infestations to go without being treated. She is selling illegal substances out of the office unit. Absolutely number one scumlord and property manager.
