Horrible service!! Unprofessional staff!
Do your homework there is a reason this company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau! I paid for them to install my gutters and they did their job but I am still waiting on a pressure wash service I paid $75 for in February 2018. Pollen issues are over and I’ve called multiple times and emailed! How unprofessional and to think I had a few other jobs for them to take care of. A few of my neighbors even asked for quotes on windows but the sketchy guy who came to install my gutters seemed a bit strung out to remember... read more
Contacted Charleston Exteriors in mid-June 2017 to get a quote to add gutters to my rental home in Mt. Pleasant. I promptly received the quote from Eddie Taylor. I contacted Eddie on 7/11/17 that I would like Charleston Exteriors to complete the work and let him know I would make the deposit payment through the online processing system which I made the next morning.
