My experience at this Carquest location was not only exceptional, but a lifesaver. Lori and Tyrone were extremely helpful and professional. I had called several other locations affiliated with Carquest and I was getting hung up on and stuck on hold for extensive amounts of time to get hung up on yet again. All I can say is there really are angels on this earth and two of them happen to work at Carquest on Decatur. Thank you so much!
They have signs with inventory blowout. They have the door locked stating their system is down and you have to pay full price if you want to buy something.
Nice place
Not just saying this. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at any auto shop. Specifically, Tran is an incredible help. I always feel reluctant to walk into any auto parts store because car problems suck (and so do auto shop workers), but Tran completely changed my perspective. Now my go-to spot for any car issue in vegas as long as I live here.
