I came to Charleston Alexander to find a birthday present for my husband, I was happily surprised when I was able to buy just one stud earring. I had been several places and they only sold diamond studs in pairs. At Charleston I was able to pick my own stone and they had it ready for me in time for his birthday, which was 3 days away. Duane, the store manager was wonderful to work with. I will return for all my jewelry purchases and repairs.
I was totally nervous about purchasing an engagement ring. Karen walked me through the process and my fiancee' (now wife) loved her ring! I really appreciate the professionalism and service offered! I ended up very comfortable with my purchase and my wife still receives compliments on her ring.
