RecommendedExcellent service, professional, impeccable quality. They were able to customize my engagement ring exactly how I envisioned. My ring had to be resized (my fault, I asked for a size too small, lol) and it came back fast!
If I could I would give this location 10 STARS!!!. My husband got my engagement ring at this location in 2015. This month, for my birthday, he agreed to have it upgraded and I was happy to go back to Charleston Alexander. Karen was not only knowledgeable about the jewelry, but she was very patient, she answered all my questions, allowed me to try all the rings I wanted, along with the ones she thought I would like and with the help of the owner John, I picked a beautiful ring that John designed and the wedding band to match.... read more
Every time extremely pleased.
Well, i was about to spend my budget of $15k on a wonderful wedding set this weekend, BUT , i just saw the news clip about John S. in DC at this business and decided to shop somewhere else instead of giving this company even $15.00 of my money. To bad that they no doubt put $ in front of customer svc. $15k to bad. I don't know about you, but customers money is better spent with a company that cares about you more then the mighty dollar bill.
Great store, Great people. Very good prices on diamonds and nice custom design work. Love these guys.
