Feel very turned off of Charles st dental due to receptions horrible attitude. All I wanted to do was confirm you guys had my insurance information today, I called and was greeted with horrible customer service, and im expected to trust your team to be inside my kids mouth? Absolutely not. If you cant politely answer the phone why would I trust for you guys to do anything to my child? With the change in staff I was a little nervous of having a new dentist. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I was treated with so much kindness and also so gentle that I didn’t even feel the needle for the freezing. Update July 31.. had a cleaning and also liked the staff
In and out experience, very welcoming and top knotch dental care!
All around good experience. Would recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist.
