Would not recommend anyone to sub contract work from them. They neglect to psy.
I lived there back in 2009 shortly after it opened and absolutely loved it! Management was great, people in the community were awesome and really friendly! Not sure about the current conditions but if I were to moved back to Medford this would be my first stop!!!
I am at my wit's end with this place, the terrible construction and lack of soundproofing would drive anyone mad. I have complained numerous times about my upstairs neighbors being loud and completely inconsiderate at 5 o'clock in the morning every Saturday and Sunday. There is always heavy walking running, cleaning and unnecessary banging of cabinets and drawers, that continues for hours. I call management to tell them what is going on. They assure me that they will handle it, but the next weekend it's the same thing!
These people are horrible! We lived there for only 6 months and between the lies, half truths, and unresponsive management team we had to leave. They are ONLY interested in your money and nothing else. Live ANYWHERE else in Medford.
Do not move in here, terrible disrespectful management. Only concerned for their money, and nothing else and have not even done anything for the playground or basketball courts. And the internet is so bad I failed my last school semester because I couldn't do anything. Glad to be breaking the lease and ring out.

Horrible, horrible customer service, homes are over priced & slapped together. Everything breaks & falls apart. Walls are paper thin & they treat their tenants like garbage! Save yourself a headache & do. not. rent. here.
