Don't let the interior and exterior sway you to send your loved ones here.Both my parents came here for rehab when they had fallen.The rehab itself was second to none.No complaints there.The care was next to nothing.You never saw anybody in the corridors,ever.If you rang the help button,no one came. found the nursing staff huddled in a corner having a great time telling personal stories and ignoring every light being rung.The aides seemed to actually hate these patients.They were mean and sometimes yelled.Never again will an... read more

Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? They did what I asked, not a bit more Was this senior care facility easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? Was this senior care facility easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes Are you going to visit this senior care facility again? Sure Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did the staff at this senior care facility seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough

Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen
