I had my hair transplant procedure done here two days ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ll admit I was nervous beforehand, but the staff made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The doctor and the entire team were excellent; very professional, kind, and attentive. My pain level was minimal, maybe a 2 out of 10, which really surprised me. I highly recommend this facility to anyone considering a hair transplant. They truly exceeded my expectations!

I can’t say enough good things about Charles Medical Group. Dr. Charles is a true hair loss expert—he listened carefully, created a plan for me and it worked! Patricia made me feel comfortable from the very first visit, and the whole team was so attentive with follow up and care. I am very grateful for their expertise and support and highly recommend Dr. Charles to anyone dealing with hair loss.
Dr. Charles isn't the cheapest in town, but as soon as it's done, you know where that extra money went. Absolutely worth it, great care before, throughout and after procedure. Got a decent price better than most Turks out there and knew I had someone to count on. As soon as procedure was over, Doc gave me his personal cell and his team followed up with me daily. Highly recommended!
A week later and what a great experience.... I was hesitant to even go for consultation but that turned out to be very positive. Today I was back to have stitches remove as i had transplant 1 week ago. You can tell the team has a lot of experience doing this. They were caring before, during and after procedure. Dr called me himself the night of procedure to check on me. I had some swelling a few days after but very little discomfort, took advil and Tylenol only.
