I would give 0 stars if I could. My mother came to Dr. Teter's office in March with complaints about pain in her stomach. He gave her an antacid without doing any blood work or ultrasounds. Three months later while she was in Oregon, she checked in to Urgent Care because the pain was so bad. They did an ultrasound and found a tumor in her pancreas. She has advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread to other organs. She wants to do treatment in her hometown so the doctors in OR tried calling Teter's office on Friday to set up... read more
This physician is incompetent and does not care for patients well being. Denied refill on medication because not seen the specialist that his office made there several to until after the med refill request was sent to his office including BP meds. Do not see this Dr.he is unconcerned with his patients their quality of life or well being.
He's the best!
This facility & Dr. Denied informing me of test results without making an appt. I have been a patient at this clinic for years and they are holding my information hostage. Do not use this clinic or Dr. This was a make up test which was done because the lab testing made a mistake during testing. The asst was rude, could care less. I asked to speak w Dr. Or supervisor & never heard from either. Asst just got me off the phone as fast as she could. Dont use anyone in this group! They suck!! SC
I've been going to him for bout 1 1/2 years. At first there were no problems, then there was confusion over the three prescriptions that I take daily... the first 2 times this happened I was perplexed and annoyed. Today I called over to CVS to check my prescription and was told Teter wouldn't give it to me because I haven't been to see him since May? I was just there to see him in the last two months? Is he senile, confused? He wouldn't even call or help me and his asst. Ruby was nasty BAD!!
I was a new patient. Called yesterday, offered appointment for today. Virtually no waiting time in office reception area or in exam room. All employees and Dr. Teter were professional, pleasant, efficient, and friendly. Quite a departure from the usual experience of long waits at other medical offices. Very, very impressed. Will recommend Dr. Teter and his staff to other busy people.
Dr. Teter listens to your complaints and explains his diagnosis. He is pleasant and kind.
