I went to Dr. Charles Herring with a strained shoulder. Dr. Herring said I broke my shoulder, torn rotator cuff, broke bones C4-C7 of my neck and had many other injuries that I did not have. I saw Dr. Herring at Downey Orthopedic on Imperial hwy and he sent me to over 12 doctors who have been found guilty of medical fraud. I trusted Dr. Herring and the other doctors had my best interest in mind when they diagnosed and treated me.
