They fucked UP my truck ! Put a dent in my bumper ! Scratch the side of my truck! Complete disrespect! TO NOT GO TO THE ONE ON ROOSEVELT!!
Just getting around to post a review went two weeks ago to Roosevelt location. When I initially pulled up a young man opened the back of my truck and gave light vacuum to back of my SUV probably half a minute worth work. When my vehicle was done the inside was not vacuumed and the deluxe package I bought was not almost $40 worth! I believe customer service is a huge make or break and the workers do not take pride in their work at all! I will give someone else my business. Will not be returning to this location!!!!

Took my car to get washed at the obe on Cassat Ave. I explained what I wanted done and the lady said that they dont do all that. I had no idea yall had different packages or levels of cleaning. The lady didnt try to explain or tell me anything about what all is offered. Nor did she explain anything about having different packages or anything. The overal job wasnt that bad but i wasnt able to get the main thing I wanted clean done.
37.40 and my back window still has shit all over it. The people there are not that friendly and if it's your first time going there they give you absolutely no Direction. You have to ask questions yourself to figure anything out. I Won't Go Back
Have been going here once a week for about two months now never had an issue until today didn't get vacuumed and washed was done pretty bad called management Travis was awesome he took care of it right away and doublecheck everything everything once it was washed a second time. Thank you Travis Carter for taking care of your customers
