your location has been my favorite for many many years. Today was a repeat of last time. VERY POOR job. I paid $38 for the works. Very soon after my car came through the wash, girl signaled it was ready. I said no way. I paid for The Works. Again she said we work fast. only armour all applied was to tires. At my car I pointed out several discrepancies. She said you need to talk to a supervisor. Really. This was the 4th time I've given them a chance on a wheelchair accessible van. WHEN U PAY FOR THE WORKS...U SHOULD EXPECT THE WORKS...including the metal door frames of the van. After the 3rd time of me telling them...NOT GOOD ENOUGH amd pointing out the areas..the head person came over and proceeded to inform me that they usually don't DO THOSE!! REALLY? SERIOUSLY?? The Best Car Wash! Great staff and worth every penny.
The location on Roosevelt sucks ass. My boyfriend worked their and doesn’t have a car but he got a ride to work EVERYDAY. So he gets there at 830 and doesn’t even start until 930 so he calls and they tell him to call back at 1030 so he waits at the publix right next to the car wash for two hours and when he calls back they tell him not to come in. I called and complained and the manager Barbara hung up right in my face. Also they don’t clean the cars. They will tell you they did but if it doesn’t look bad they won’t clean it... read more
i've been to Cassat Ave. location twice as I wanted to give them another chance to redeem themselves but was disappointed again. I went to the Roosevelt Blvd location and same level of poor workmanship. cup holders, door pockets not wiped out, vinyl floors left very dirty, not a good value for the cost of "The Works" suggest that a shift leader QC each vehicle.
I actually drive down from Georgia to get my car done by the guys and gals at Roosevelt! And I'll keep doing it. Thank you so much!
I have taken my customized PT to Roosevelt, far better than than the Cassat location. I usually wash it and detail it myself for a show.
Charles and George do an excellent car wash each & every time! It's the only place we go! Come out shining like new!
