Far too much emphasis placed on getting the cars in and out. Lack of attention to making sure the car is clean. This is my second time going there with the same end result of having to go home and clean myself. I was hesitant to go back a second time. I should've saved myself the time and money. Paid for the works and ended up doing the work. Never again..
We were very disappointed today as there was crumbs left inside and the armorall wasn't used throughout the interior today. We've come here for a few years and always been pleased, I hope this is an isolated incident.
They have given my Honda S2000 wonderful TLC for 10 years.
Took my vehicle here yesterday for a wash. When it exited the wash, I noticed that the rubber shroud that covers my antenna had been broken off. I alerted one of the crew members working on my vehicle and they went into the wash to find it. She came out with the broken antenna and assured me that they would cover the cost of the repairs. I didn't even have to ask! It's nice to see a company do the right thing without question. I will be back!
