The only positive was the dental tech/hygienist Drew was great. Otherwise, Dental Associates are a bunch of scammers! They won't inform you of any outstanding bills, but will be real quick to send you to collections despite them erroneously running old insurance. Their billing department conveniently has a full voicemail box when you call, and it is a STRUGGLE to speak to an actual person about billing issues.
