My hygiene appointment this past Monday was great! Beth is very good at what she does. Unfortunately, DR Lukats' assistant, she has grey hair, was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. I would give Beth 4 stars. Hopefully the assistant doesn't treat ALL her patients this way.
I had a appointment 2/27/2025 at 10:30am at dental Associated a waste of time this dental Associate was on some b******* she said she need to get a panoramic I said wait a minute hold on I'm not taking any x-rays I submitted previous x-rays from another dentist office she said oh this panoramic is for free I said I am not going by word of mouth just because you said something is free I don't want any surprises when I get my bill she made up this story about me getting implants so the oral surgeon needed to get this new panor... read more
This review is specifically about Dr. Frankmann, the pediatric orthodontist. He is hands down the best pediatric provider I have ever worked with. He is kind, caring, gentle, interested and honest. He genuinely cares about his patients, which is rare these days. There have been several times that my son has had issues with braces after leaving the office and Dr. Frankmann has made effort to get him in ASAP, even coming in after hours to fix an issue. Spoke with someone back in August and had an appointment scheduled for a root canal. Had to cancel due to work. Called last week sometime and spoke with someone who said I never had an appointment or been a patient there before. I told her the exact day and she acted as if I was lying. She stated would send my referral over to the person who handles those appointments, and they would reach out to me.
