I liked him. In fact, he was my grandfather, until he died last summer. I loved him for what he did as a lawyer.
This Man would not even offer a rate until AFTER he saw what the total estate was. (no hourly no range- just "it won't be much") when dealing with the death of my father. He had done his will and was supposed to have a copy. YET.. it seems he may not have as he tried to encourage ME to give him my original. When I showed up in his office after several failed attempts to contact he tried to "represent" me for a small estates affidavit. He told me you had to have a lawyer for that to file. LIES.
