Dr K is awesome he’s been me and my sons Dr for 21 years and he’s absolutely amazing I miss seeing him changing insurance so I can go back to him
Had an appointment with Dr. Kalenowski, and throughout my consultation, I wasn't understood about my concerns. It honestly didn't look like he was a practicing doctor for 21+ years. He didn't care to ask/listen about my concerns, and was basically noting down all the tests needing to be done. He was repetitively promoting to get colonoscopy procedure (PROC) done. Worst experience ever, wouldn't suggest anyone to him.
Rushes patients....doesn't LISTEN to patients. Can't be bothered to call with test results......still waiting for mine and that has been over 1 year.
Have been with him for 5 years, a waste of 5 years both my husband and myself. He refused to give me an order to have an MRI done but sent me to see a neurologist for constant migraines. I scheduled my neurologist appt a month out since it's a specialist office they are shocked I have no MRI or CT scan done. If something comes back on this MRI and CT scan I'm going to blow up worst pcp know. To man kind!!!
I have been with Dr K since he opened practice. He has always been friendly, knowledgeable, gives time freely, never condescending, organized, remembers you and your problems. He and his staff listens well and responds appropriately. He hires an excellent staff and is easily available.
Dr. Kalenowski has early office hours which I really appreciate. Appointments aren't too difficult to get. He does a nice job seeing getting patients in/out and he does a good job explaining his diagnosis and the prescriptions he's providing.
Terrible bedside manner. Only deals in probabilities and doesn't delve deeper in what could be other unlikely but POSSIBLE problems. Very in and out of my office orientated. Basically, unless you have something obviously wrong with you he won't investigate or look deeper into your issues.
Dr. kalenowski is a fantastic doctor. I have seen him numerous times for bronchitis. He always walked in and says, I smell Halls (cough drops). He is a great doctor. If I have control on my choice of a GP, I would select Dr. Kalenowski every time! It is a shame that it can only give 5 stars.
