The drain in my basement was backing up, within 30 minutes of calling the tech was at my house and less than an hour later the clog was cleared. He was very courteous and had our emergency fixed quick. Would definitely call them again. Our tech was Dwayne (spelling could be wrong, sorry!) and he was great.

We called to get our shower faucet installed. We already had the main faucet and hot/cold knobs purchased. My husband asked how much it would be to just have someone install it for us. She said there was already a guy in Carlin which would save us money so he can swing by on the way home. They charge $145 an hour. When the guy showed up, there ended up being 2 workers. If you're trying to set up a drain to be snaked, they'll set up an appointment charge you ...just to tell you they don't snake drains And they also don't have the equipment

I called and scheduled an appointment to have my Water heater drain snaked it was clogged but we ended up fixing the problem but still called plumpline to snake it so it would not be a later issue they told me no problem they could set an appointment to show up Monday they showed up look at it said it wasnt backed up so its was good. Then show up to tell me the company doesn't have snakes and that the don't snake dains I could not believe it
