If you are looking for a dental office that is honest and upfront with you this one isn’t it! Make sure to ask more than once if your insurance will cover your procedure ahead of time as they are not honest and will not disclose it. We went there for a cleaning, gave the insurance information and then they did not disclose that they were out of network. Exactly what I'd been looking for. Kind, professional and strait forward. So sick of other offices trying to sell me tooth brushes, Invisalign, whitening, etc. They did a great job on every level.
I’m not at all happy with the customer service I just received. I went into the dentist to get a cleaning and prior provided my insurance. After an exam and cleaning they charge me $150 for a prior exam and then told me that they will bill me $375 that my insurance they said will not cover….. this would il have been really nice to know prior to my visit that you are out of network. I have Delta Dental PPO just so people are aware that they do not except that.
