I was seen for an appointment in November and then a medical procedure last week and I am happy with the level of care received.
After having some challenges with scheduling (my first appointment was canceled) when I did get in I was seen promptly. Dr. Shana addressed my concerns and made a plan for the follow up immediately. I do look forward to him re-opening his Middletown, RI office as it is much more convenient for me.
Had an apt for 315. Showed up at 3. Waited till 4pm. Still not called in ..people who had a 330 showed up at 315 called in at 320. Why is a 330 going in before a 315. Yes they were to see the same dr as I am. Dr. SHANA. I left did not reschedule and done with that ..if we need to be on time for an appt. DR.'a should also be on time for them do not keep people waiting 45 minutes past their appt. We have lives and stuff to do as well.
