He Doesn't do CARFAX. He just flips cars from Auction and get cars as is. If you got a decent car there,you were Lucky . Nice guy but buyer beware.
I purchased a Subaru outback from Charles. The car had 200 K miles. I was little worried but Charles assured me that Subaru a good cars and they can go over 200k. I trusted him and got the car. After just two days of driving the car something happened. I lost the break, almost got into an accident. I turned back the car to Charles. He told me that I have to pay for the break service.
