Straight shooter
First of all, the office was complete chaos with not enough seating so elderly people were standing around. The wait time was terrible. Dr Boatwright appeared to be in a hurry and impatient with little bedside manner. He told me that my insurance would not cover the laser cataract surgery, which is not true if he took the time to appeal to them. I went elsewhere and didn’t even need the laser surgery.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. Took time to discuss results, explore options with me, and wasn't rushed in any way.
Dr. Burger treated me for a corneal ulcer, a serious condition. Thanks to her prompt diagnosis and care it healed quickly. But what impressed me most was her professional manner. She took the time to write - in a legible hand no less - directions on how to take the prescribed medications. She also has an excellent staff and well-run office, all of which combine to make a patient feel at ease. Her practice should be taken as a model by other providers. Thomas D. – Charleston.
Dr Grice was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She was courteous and put me at ease during my first visit. She diagnosed my problem and explained how to correct the issue. I would highly recommend her.
