Dr. Grice is a terrific doctor and a leader in her field. She is professional, thorough and provided great follow up service after my procedures. I trust her implicitly. Her staff is equally proficient and friendly. I would highly recommend her.
This was literally the worse dr appointment I ever had. She was so rude and just blew me off and my medical history. I almost thought it was a spoof but it was unfortunately real.
Condescending
"blew off" that I had a MAJOR stroke behind eye,age49,focus was herding me through the crowd w/glass Rx,.I was sent to her B/C of stroke. follow up test to be given A YEAR from the first visit?really? to see if vision was affected(peripheral?) never really explained/asked or investigated much, wrote Rx for glasses with pompous attitude as she referred to my MAJOR stroke as "ok, so you had a TIA(minor stroke)...what else?why are you here?"spent about 4&1/2min w/me. insulting,time wasted.arrogant
Unprofessional. It has been two years since my appointment with her. It still haunts me, so I decided to write. Rude, peddles her products, on and on. Felt that she saw an older person as stupid and easily conned. Never again!
