Annual visit. The usual tests. And a refraction?
Very professional at every level. Dr.Boatwright expresses genuine care about the well-being of his patients. I feel totally confident in his ability to diagnose and devise a plan for the best care for your eyes. Your eyes are important to your well being, and you can rest assured you will receive excellent care by Dr. Boatwright.
Very informative, helpful, positive outlook
Dr Boatright and his staff always provide the highest level of service. The MAs, admin staff and nurses always make me as comfortable as possible. I am very happy I chose Dr Boatright from eye care and surgery.
Have seen Dr. Boatwright for over 30 years. I love and trust him. I do get frustrated with the office staff, though, wait times are long, and staff is pleasant but nothing more. I saw 5 different staff members yesterday and not one made any conversation except business, no one made me feel welcome at all. They could use some customer service training.

My appointment was at nine forty five checked in and was pleasantly surprised that my wait time was only ten minutes. I have been a patient of Dr. Boatwright for 22 years in my estimation he is the best.
Very professional staff who did thorough testing and prepared Dr. Boatwright who delivered the news that I had a detached retina.
I have seen Dr. Grice three times now and I find her to be very personable, professional. She takes her time to explain herself and answer questions. Each staff member I have interacted with has been friendly, helpful. I have found nothing negative about my visit with her and I would recommend her to a friend.
