My previous cardiologist was brusgue and always seemed to be in a hurry to get away. Dr. Benn listened to me and answered all my questions. Not only that, he actually changed some of my pacemaker settings based on what I had told him, and explained what he had seen from the pacemaker report. He also asked for my input before making another change. I have been very impressed with Dr. Benn.
Very good family Dr. Her speciality in asthma was exactly what we needed, but she is also very attentive to my needs as a woman. Her nursing staff is one of the nicest and professional staffs I've seen!

Not a great experience with this office. Their billing department never responds to any question. There is no call back from the Dr or from any nurse. This has happened multiple times. Seems like Dr just want to bill the patient for the visits. She wants a visit for small things like 'prescribing an OTC medicine for motion sickness' During visits, the wait time is long.
