Because my bank had the lowest interest rate (Austin Telco) I called them, they took the loan info over the phone and that process took less than 30 mins to complete. If you're in the market for a pre-owned luxury car, you'd do yourself a service by looking at Charity first. Everything from quality of inventory, to price fairness, to ease of process, to great customer service is simply the best I've seen. The fact they are a non-profit, donating to worthy local causes, makes me feel all the better about giving my business to CM.
Great location to buy a pre-owned car, especially because this is always a question of trust. Matt did a great job convincing instead of selling and took care of everything. We bought two and are so satisfied, that we would by the next one there, too.
