My daughter did all the contacting and communicating here. Of all the people we had to deal with in regard to securing a house for rent, SDL was the best. Been renting through SDL Real Estate for 4 years. SDL has always beeen very quick to respond to my service calls. Everything so far so good.
Very good service and always answers all my questions or problems when I need it.
STAY AWAY; this company managed 1 property for me in Harveston community. The fees charges for the services they provide are outrageous for the actual service they provide to the owner. The handyman services they employ are not very handy. Many of the so called service calls I was charged for I had to go back and do the jobs over once tenant vacated; so no property manager verification that any of the service calls were being performed properly. Good service and helpful. Respond quickly to my questions and any maintenance issue I may have, even though it has only been two or three times.
As an absentee owner of 3 investment properties in Temecula, I entrust SDL Property Management with all aspects of my properties. They advertise, fill vacancies, screen tenants, handle repairs and maintenance, and provide detailed accounting. The staff at SDL is always available and courteous. I have had a great experience with everyone; especially JR. SDL has earned my trust. They do what they say and say what they do. The last thing I want to do is worry about my properties and tenants, with SDL, I don’t.
I wish I could buy another house to go through the process with SDL Real Estate again. It was such a pleasure working with them, and they really got excited with me as the purchase was confirmed. Will recommend to all my family and friends.
