Andrea is amazing and so down to earth. My mom and I were becoming very down and weary with the rental process. We encountered many scams, flakes, rude people and just over all unprofessional-ism. From the moment of interacting with Cristal and Andrea we were very encouraged and assisted. We are very excited to be moving into our new home from living in a single room for 7 years. I signed a lease for my beautifully well maintained home in January. Since that time, every maintenance call has been answered in a timely manner. They are consistent about answering maintenance calls and a quick resolution.
