Exceeds expectations Great staff, very clean, and excellent manicures! Although they are a little pricier than other nail salons, the extra cost is beyond worth it due to the quality of service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Marilyn B I have been going to Charisma Nail and Spa for five years. I love this place! Rose has been my primary nail specialist and she is wonderful! Sweet and friendly, she does a fabulous job! When she has been out of town, Stephen and Cynthia have worked on my nails and given me great manicures! Pedicures are the best there, too! SO glad I found Charisma Nail and Spa!!!
Worst nail salon I've ever been to... I'm starting to think that most of the great reviews for this nail salon on the web are actually from its own employees/owners. I recently went there based on the reviews I read and had the worst experience. My cuticles were cut, the pink and white wasn't even applied to my nails. I tried to ask questions several times during my manicure and point out some of my issues but I was ignored and, at one point, told I was incorrect. "World Class" service is exactly correct! I am incredibly picky about my nails and feet and I don't like just anyone doing my manicures and pedicures. Steve is my usual tech, but Rose is amazing also! I am always offered a cold beverage and always treated with respect and care. I LOVE Charisma and often refer them to friends. They will get my money every single time.
unsatisfied customer I got my nails done last Saturday and I had the worst experience. The nail tech cut my finger so bad it didn't stop bleeding for hours. Almost a week later and my finger still hurts. The worst thing that the nail tech over charged me. They charge $30 for pink and white and $5 for gel. I was charged $40. So not only she hurt, she also lied to me. I DON'T recomend the place to no one.
Thank you Nice place to relax. Very clean and professional. I was visiting and was looking for a place to get my nails done. I am very particular, but saw many good reviews and gave it a shot. Just want to say thank you for such a pleasant experience.
Very happy Such a great experience. I had the best pedicure and my Pink and white nails was beautiful. It was a place I can relax. Everyone was very professional. The most important thing was the place was very clean.
